Clayton + Weir – Coworker Profile

What is your venture?

In 2015 former work colleagues Priscilla Clayton and Julie Weir embarked on an adventure and formed Clayton + Weir, a regional development consultancy based in Geraldton, Western Australia.

We can help you connect with the Mid West and Gasoyne communities by:

  1. Facilitating Meetings and Workshops

Our facilitation skills are of a high standard because we understand group dynamics, personality types and cultural awareness and we make sure everyone’s voice is heard.

  1. Community Consultation and Stakeholder Relations

For over 25-years we have successfully worked with grass roots community groups, industry and government agencies in the Mid West and Gascoyne. This has resulted in each of us having a positive reputation in our region and we are well placed to talk to the community about your project.

  1. Research and Data Collection

We conduct environmental scans and desktop analysis, design surveys, conduct focus groups, face-to-face and phone interviews; analyse research data and prepare reports.

  1. Writing for Government

We perfected our skills over 25-years working for government. We specialise in writing business cases, funding and tender submissions.

What inspired your work?

We are passionate about creating opportunities for regional Western Australia, so that we can live, work and play in thriving vibrant communities and keep our young people employed in exciting jobs locally.

What’s your focus for the next 3 months?

To build our profile and grow our business. In particular we will focus on assisting local businesses tender for government contracts; continue to assist the Mid West Horticulture Growers to grow their horticulture ventures and working with local governments in the regional development space.

How can people connect or contribute to your venture’s success?

People can connect or contribute to our venture by passing on our details and inviting us to your meetings to see how we can value-add to your projects.
