What is your venture?
DSM Strata is an innovative provider of professional Strata Management services; Our family owned and operated business currently services the Geraldton local market. A new branch office has been established and will be operating in Perth in 2019.
What’s inspired your work?
Our work is inspired by creative and innovative building design and management of the project life-cycle of real property from initial design
conception, construction, handover, operation and maintenance. Our passion for providing specialised strata management services is a very strong driver to create opportunities in a niche market, catering to sustainable bespoke strata property development.
What’s your focus for the next 3 months?
Practical – Fine tune and improve the existing business operating model such office procedures, increase quality of general services, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Specific – Execute the new and improved business model initiatives, and consolidate on the improvement of services for clients in gaining new business progressively through 2019.
