Join representatives of CBD Property Trust and Pollinators to dream up plans for a revitalised laneway outside CityHive.
The redevelopment of the old Lotteries House building on Marine Terrace has presented the opportunity to transform the current construction site into a funky, functional space for West End patrons and residents.
Join us for this Swarm event to dream big, think creatively and put forward suggestions to make the laneway the kind of space you’d like to see.
Whether it’s art, greenery, event space, pop-up shop space or other creative ideas, we’d love to hear how you think the laneway can be transformed into somewhere vibrant, loved and special.
Jaffleshack will provide scrumptious jaffles to fuel your creative juices and Pollinators will offer drinks by donation on the night.

As a key partner and user of the laneway, Pollinators are pleased to facilitate the event to help encourage community contribution. Pollinators Chairman Paul Dyer urged as many people as possible to have their say in revamping the laneway.
“This is a rare chance to transform a small corner of Geraldton into the kind of usable space we can all be proud of,” Mr Dyer said.
“CBD Property Trust really wants to provide a usable pedestrian-only space in a form that the community wants – so we’re putting it out there so you can have your say.”
