People from across the Mid West are preparing to flock to a whole host of community and family events over the National Science Week Goodness Festival from August 13 to 21.
The jam-packed festival program includes a host of events aimed at people looking for fact-filled fun, as well as a line-up of professional development opportunities.
Nature lovers should not miss the Friends of Greater Geraldton Gardens bus tour of Geraldton’s biodiversity, backyards and community gardens on August 21.
Those who watch what they eat will love the Navigating Nutrition Tasting Tour at TAFE on Thursday August 18 from 12 to 1.30pm. Guests will be able to sample food from a range of diets and hear from the chefs, nutritionists and dieticians about the science behind them.
