Innovate with business modelling

Do you have a new or existing venture that needs a kick-start? Pollinators is conducting a workshop to help new and existing ventures to look strategically and creatively at business models and legal structure.

The Catalyst business modelling session on Thursday October 13 will help participants experience the benefits of getting clear on their value propositions, customer segments and revenue models.

Catalyst Facilitator Fleur Porter said the business planning tools used during the session would reveal new insights into your business and pave the way for a more profitable future.

She said the workshop would appeal to both existing ventures and start-ups, and be just as relevant to community organisations as it is for high-growth tech ventures.

“Often, when we get really clear on our structure and possibilities, we can open up new avenues for growth that you hadn’t even considered before,” Ms Porter said.

“We will facilitate group and individual processes that produce creative new options for core value proposition, target audience, products/services, and the costs and revenue underlying your venture’s growth.

“We will also identify options for legal structures, what your key assets are, core activities that create value, and the partners you need or want to work with.”

Participants will hear from mentor, consultant and investor relations specialist Jason McFarlane, business coach, Flock facilitator and past Catalyst facilitator Jo Blayney and others.

The session is 9.30am to 1.30pm and include lunch. It costs $300 for non-Pollinators members and $250 for Pollinators members.
