Space lead and sales
This role could suit an energetic professional who loves people, can sell space, is a very efficient manager of their own and others’ time and resources, and is very comfortable with cloud-based technology.
- Part-time 15-20 hours/week at $20-$30/hr plus super and all employee benefits
- There is potential to grow hours and earnings with increased Space revenue
- Hours are flexible and would be rostered in advance with host and other roles
- Responsible for delivery of quality services, growing revenue and impact of our Space services e.g. CityHive
- Highly autonomous within the role, with shared responsibility for supervision of administrator, host and volunteers
- Collaboration and support for supervision and achieving sales and service levels from the people leading Community, Learning and Digital services.
Administrator and host
This role could suit an ambitious trainee or junior staff member who can be accurate, is fast to learn new systems and procedures, and has excellent customer service skills.
- 25-35 hours/week at $15-$20/hr plus super and all employee benefits
- Pollinators would invest in you completing accredited training e.g. Certificate III or IV in Business, Customer Contact or Event Management
- This role would receive high-quality supervision from people leading our Space (CityHive) services, Digital and Community roles.
- Responsible for accurately, efficiently and intelligently dealing with inquiries, bookings, project support requests
- Would contribute to hosting at CityHive, rostered in advance with other roles
Bookkeeper
This role could suit a qualified bookkeeper who has experience with NFP/charity accounting procedures and is very comfortable with cloud-based accounting
- Est. 3-5 hours/fortnight at $45-$65/hr.
- Responsible for producing reports for Treasurer, lead roles, project managers and funders (e.g. acquittals),
- Would need to work with Xero, Pollinators can offer training in Calxa, Podio, online payment systems etc.
- Flexible in hours and most work could be done remotely, with some supervision of administrator/host.
