Who are you?
My name is Minna Hilton and I am the new CityHive host here at Pollinators. I love being productive and proactive in my local community so I’m looking forward to being part of the ‘buzz’ here at the Hive.
What are you working on?
Along with Pollinators, I work as Assistant Producer for Euphorium Creative and Administration Officer for Leaning Tree Steiner School. In these three jobs I hope to upskill in a variety of different work environments. I’m also planning a little world domination on the side.
Who do you collaborate with?
As CityHive Host I collaborate with everyone who waltzes through our bright yellow door. I also help with the bookings of space and any events that Pollinators puts on.
I also collaborate with local artist and community groups when I have my other hats on.
Is there an innovation you’re loving right now?
I’ve recently been told about a new gadget called Wi-Charge, it can wirelessly charge your phone from 10 meters away. I don’t understand in the slightest how it works but it has certainly blown my mind.
Is there a time when you are most creative?
I find myself most creative when I’m in nature, completely relaxed and enjoying the sunshine. The other time I’m most creative is just before I fall asleep – my brain starts swirling with ideas and I’m likely to not remember them in the morning.
