Kate started her venture “Real Food Real You” after seeing women struggle with dieting, and food, and body image.

She’s a former veterinarian and teacher who knows exactly what it’s like to be unhappy, hating on her body and believing weight-loss is the golden ticket to success.

Kate teaches women around the world how to step off the destructive diet roller coaster and step into a happier life.
