Pollinators AGM + ‘GeroSoup’

We’ve got an amazing double line-up on Friday 22nd May…
- Pollinators annual ‘AGM’ (Awesome Gathering of Members),
- GeroSoup where community projects get funded over a meal.
Please register to attend and BRING $10 on the night. Your $10 will be distributed to the project you vote for on the night.

AGM
We have set this time aside to celebrate the achievements of the previous year, preview the rest of 2015 and have a generally “Awesome Gathering of Members” (AGM).
Pollinators Inc is a member-based Incorporated Association and our Annual General Meeting is held after the end of our Jan-Dec financial year. The legal requirement is for the members to consider the accounts of the organisation, elect new Directors and consider any other business.
GeroSoup
Inspired by SOUP in Detroit via Perth Soup we’re hosting GeroSoup where you will:
- Learn about amazing little projects proposed for Geraldton,
- Vote on which project to fund with the money raised from the dinner (the soup).
Nominate a project for funding and support using this simple form.
Soup and our AGM is a sharing (‘potluck’) style of dinner. Bring some food to share if you like.

Changes to the Rules of Association
The existing Rules of Association are proposed to be changed through a special resolution.
Director Nominations for Election
Nominations for election as a Director are open until 7 days prior to the AGM via the online nomination form.
