Then join us and invest a few hours with experts and be introduced to a creative and effective toolkit to design a ‘better business model’. Guest presenters include:

  • Handouts and resources to continue to develop your business model and structure.

For a preview of some of the tools we’ll use, check out our blog post on ‘Four Steps to a Better Business Model’.

  • Ten thousand business model combinations down to one

Brainstorm ten thousand business model combinations and narrow down to one

A ‘business model’ is a way of understanding how your activities deliver value to your clients or customers, and how you generate revenue to cover the costs of your activities. A good business model will ensure your venture will be built to last, create a legacy, foster growth, add value, and make a difference. Launching into a new venture without a deep understanding your business model (or the dozens of potential business models that could meet the same customer need) is taking an uncalculated risk.

This session will to introduce the tools guided by service design, business model and legal experts. You’ll finish the day with a one-page summary of your business model, a ‘map’ of your customer’s drivers and needs, and questions answered about legal structures.

And, morning tea and lunch is included!
