Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sales are subject to the following Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms and Conditions
    • Our standard terms for payment are 14 days,
    • Overdue payments are a breach of contract and may incur a charge of 10% interest, calculated and compounding weekly,
    • If staff time is taken in administering overdue payments payment, the payer may also be liable to additional charges for any time taken, calculated at a rate of $60/hr.
  2. Space Booking Deposits and Terms
    1. A 50% deposit is required 7 days in advance of any space bookings of greater than 4 hours duration,
    2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are subject to an administration charge. The charge will be a minimum of $15, and otherwise be the actual time taken to process the cancellation at a rate of $60/hr.
    3. Payments for Space Bookings are due the day of the Booking. Any additional charges incurred on that day will be invoiced in addition and due as per the normal Payment Terms.
  3. Overdue Debts Procedure
    • If payment is not received, Pollinators may take the following steps, with opportunities for informal negotiation and/or mediation at any stage. Pollinators will track the time and any direct expenses incurred, and the debtor will be liable for these additional expenses.
      • Send reminders and consult directly with the debtor,
      • Send a letter of demand requesting payment of the debt,
      • Engage a debt collection agency,
      • Take legal action e.g. a minor claim.
